Sensational Snacks
In our Sensational Snacks program, participants practice real-world cooking skills, such as following recipes, basic chopping and mixing techniques, and kitchen safety. Students will discover the art of making snacks that are not only delicious but also nutritious. Suitable for teens and young adults (15+) looking to channel their inner chef!

LifeLab
During our LifeLab program, participants build confidence through practical skills that support greater independence. Participants will explore ways to create healthy, balanced routines for everyday life through hands-on experiences in a fun, welcoming environment. Suitable for teens and young adults (15+) looking to build lifelong, organizational skills.

Fitness & Agility
In our Fitness & Agility program, participants engage in structured activities designed to improve strength, coordination, and overall fitness. The program teaches strategies for maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle, while promoting endurance and confidence. Maker's Market
In our Maker’s Market program, participants create handmade products while exploring a variety of crafts and artistic techniques. Along the way, they’ll learn the basics of product design, packaging, pricing, and marketing as they prepare to showcase and sell their creations at a community Maker’s Market. Suitable for teens and young adults (15+) who enjoy creating, collaborating, and expressing their creativity.
